IV Coffee was founded with one purpose: to connect the MENA region with the world’s most exceptional coffees.
From the start, our focus has been on building direct relationships with producers who share our values - transparency, sustainability, and a deep respect for craft.
What began as a green coffee importing business has grown into something more. Today, we’ve launched our own micro roastery - a space where every roast is approached with care, precision, and intention. The small scale is by design: it allows us to stay hands-on, maintain quality, and do justice to the hard work of the farmers we partner with.
Rooted in origin, driven by purpose - IV is where sourcing meets storytelling, and every roast is part of a bigger journey.
Our Principles
At IV, we blend rituals with experimentation, obsessing over every detail, roasting with intention, and always respecting the bean. We believe quality is the thread that ties everything together.
We don’t chase trends. We roast for the coffee, letting the bean’s origin, process, and character guide our approach. Sometimes that means going light to bring out delicate florals, other times it’s about deeper development to highlight sweetness and body. Every roast is crafted to honour what the coffee wants to become.
