Processing Method
This coffee is processed using the honey (or pulped-natural) method, originally from El Salvador and Costa Rica, but rare in Indonesia. In this process, the cherry skin is removed, and the beans are dried with the mucilage still attached, adding sweetness and complexity to the cup profile.
