Coffee: 12 g (medium grind – like caster sugar)

Water: 200 g

Brew time: 2:20–2:30

Steps

Prep and rinse the filter.

Set up your AeroPress inverted (plunger at the bottom).

Add 12 g of ground coffee and level it.

Tare your scale and pour 200 g of water.

Stir 5 times, attach the cap, and wait.

At 1:45, carefully flip the AeroPress onto your cup.

At 2:00, press gently over 20–30 seconds, stopping when you hear the hiss.

Too hard to press? Grind coarser.
