Coffee: 15 g (coarse grind – like breadcrumbs)

Water: 250 g

Brew time: 6:00

Water temp: 93–96°C
Steps

Preheat the French press and discard the rinse water.

Add 15 g of ground coffee.

Pour 250 g of water in a circular motion.

Stir gently 3 times and place the lid on top (don’t plunge).

At 3:00, remove the lid and stir again. Skim off the top layer of foam.

Replace the lid and let it brew until 6:00.

Gently plunge and serve immediately.
Notes

Always decant the entire brew, leaving it in the press will over-extract.

Want it stronger? Let it sit a little longer before plunging.
