As the world’s largest coffee producer, Brazil is renowned for its mechanised processing methods, often associated with larger estates. This Brazilian coffee originates from the Mogiana region, spanning São Paulo and Minas Gerais. Sourced from a cooperative of small to medium-sized farms averaging 60 acres, Mogiana is known for its rolling hills and ideal growing conditions, producing some of Brazil’s finest coffees. This lot is Fine Cup (FC) and Strictly Soft (SS), the highest grading category.
