Grown in Panama’s Boquete valley, in the shadow of Volcán Barú, this lot is the storied Geisha varietal — the cultivar that put Panama on the specialty coffee map after its Ethiopian genetics found a second home in this soil and climate. Boquete’s volcanic ground and cool highland air have made it the benchmark region against which every other Geisha is measured.
