Curfew is our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 2, washed and dried with the kind of patience that shows up in the cup. Grown at altitude in the Gedeo Zone and fermented with care before drying slow on raised beds, this is a coffee that doesn’t rush to impress you — it just is.

Blueberry and plum lead. Jasmine settles in behind them. Brown butter rounds it out into something sweet, creamy, and bright all at once — proof that floral doesn’t mean fragile.
